What does it cost?
For the organization receiving donations, there is a one-time bank connection cost of $1.50 plus a $0.30 monthly service fee. In receiving donations, there is a minimal transaction fee:
Round-Up donation transaction fee – 2.2%
Recurring donation transaction fee – 2.2%
One-Off donation transaction fee (Nonprofit) – 3.6% + $0.30
One-Off donation transaction fee (Standard) – 4.3% + $0.30
Do donors have to do anything different?
No. They shop like normal—RAYZIT handles the rest.
How will the round-up donations appear on the donor’s bank statement?
The donation will show as payment to the organization you are donating to on your bank statement.
What happens to a round up donation if the purchased item is returned?
If an item with a round-up donation is returned, the round-up amount is nonrefundable.
Where can a donor make a round-up donation using RAYZIT?
The donor can make a round-up donation at any place of business using the credit or debit card connected to the RAYZIT platform.
How do I know where my round-up donation is going?
The donor is able to preselect which event, department or general fund of the organization they wish to contribute towards.
Does RAYZIT store my payment info?
No – Sripe handles everything securely. We only record the last 4 digits of your card and receive a confirmation token of each donation.
Who Processes my donation?
Every transaction is processed by Stripe.
Is my information shared with anyone?
Never. Your data stays private and encrypted.
Is it safe to use my card or bank account?
Yes – Stripe uses global-bank-level encryption and fraud protection.
