Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

Donations and Payments

RAYZIT processes donations through Stripe. By making a donation, round up, or recurring gift, you authorize RAYZIT and Stripe to process the payment according to your instructions.

• Fees associated with payment processing are shown before you confirm a donation.
• All completed donations are final, unless an organization independently offers refunds.
• RAYZIT does not guarantee tax deductibility. It is the donor’s responsibility to confirm the status of any organization they support.

 

Service Availability

RAYZIT works to provide reliable access, but we may experience interruptions due to maintenance or events outside our control. We are not liable for delays, downtime, or losses that result from these interruptions.

 

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
• Misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt our systems
• Use RAYZIT to engage in fraud
• Upload inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful content
• Impersonate another person or organization

Violating these terms may result in account suspension or removal.

 

Third Party Services

RAYZIT uses trusted partners like Stripe and other service providers. Their terms may apply when you interact with their tools within RAYZIT. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party services.

 

Intellectual Property

RAYZIT’s branding, design, text, graphics, and content are owned by RAYZIT and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, recreate, or distribute our content without permission.

 

Communications

By creating an account, you agree that RAYZIT may send you necessary service messages such as confirmations, updates, and account notifications. You can opt out of nonessential communications at any time.
